Our truffles are lovingly crafted with Guittard, Callebaut, Valhrona and Michel Cluizel chocolate, organic heavy cream and only the finest liqueurs and natural ingredients. Hand dipped or molded in Guittard 38% Soleil D'Or Milk Chocolate, 61% Guittard Lever Du Soleil Bittersweet Chocolate and occasionally 31% Guittard Creme Francais White Chocolate.

Our chocolates are 100% preservative free and it is suggested that they be enjoyed within two weeks of receipt for best flavor.
